House wrap is up
So all the windows and door are cut. Used a router with a plunge bit to remove the sheathing between the rough openings. My "helper" had the biggest grin as each piece of sheathing popped out of the hole. Satisfying work! : )
Also today, house wrap is up. It was a tough decision between the Tyvek brand and the Everbilt. After extensive research, I decided to go with the twice-as-expensive Tyvek because it also helps with air penetration and increases the effectiveness of the insulation behind it while letting moisture out.
So stoked about having the window holes wrapped! BTW, don't try wrapping the house in windy conditions. One, it is deafening and two, it's impossible to control. Whew.
